WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ??? I have attempted to contact you by telephone at least five times - each time being met by an answering machine asking me to leave a message. I did and I have NEVER received a return call. I continue to buy your products but now I need help with an HP 61xl color cartridge that will not install - receiving a message that the cartridge needs to be replaced with no "OK" or "Continue" available. Cartridges that last and are delivered quickly The last time I ordered the cartridges they lasted for 1 year and 8 months. I just got a new set, I ordered them when the computer said they were low and they came within a few days by first class mail.

Good product... The package arrived a couple of days later than I was originally sent, but the print cartridges were packed nicely and in good shape when they were delivered. Overall, a good experience and a good product.
