GBHappy with what I am getting I already answered a survey on this purchase and have not received my coupon for next purchase. I was also not given the ten percent off for Black Friday. On the upside, I will repeat that I have been with HouseofToners for eons because I like the quality of toner, the service and the price is fairly good. I know I can likely find cheaper but am happy with what I am getting and that quality has been consistent over all these years. Paint me a happy camper!

GBBest place to get your ink Was told that that ink was really expensive. And you guys had it for a fraction of the price that's what made my experience really enjoyable.

GBOpened first color cartridge Opened first color cartridge, removed plastic cover and foil cover. There is bleed over from blue to red areas, much of which covered the tips of my thumb, index and middle fingertips. Very durable ink deposits on skin! What a mess. Print copies (half a dozen) so far have looked good.

GBI have tried to contact this company… I have tried to contact this company through all of its contact points - but to no avail. I've left messages on their voicemail and I've used that text/chat capture system on their webpage. They do not respond. If the company cannot or will not respond to a simple web query (concerning one of their products), how do you think it is going to go when you have a problem with an order. I've noticed that many people in the forum (reviews) had a malfunctioning cartridge or received the same color ink or did not receive an ink cartridge and it seems that they simply didn't do anything about it - because the ink was cheap. I don't feel that way - I like to know that a company stands by its product and is responsive to customer queries and if necessary, a customers complaint.
