Item never received Item never received. Chased multiple times and we have been told that "I'm sorry, but we don't have control on the parcel now". We did pre alerted a few times that's something going wrong and after the week received a message about the lost parcel. We did ask for another despatch and a few days later another message was received about a "technical issue". In a matter of 2 weeks, we did run out of stock, which is generally received the next working day.
