Very pleased Missing cartridge in package but no problems after contacting them another cartridge was delivered within 2 days

The reason for this rating is not to do… The reason for this rating is not to do with the Printer model GP-1324D that is perfectly ok. However, many of us have slim laptops with no CD/DVD drives, the printers user manual was on a CD that came with the printer. I wrote to the company explaining, but all they had was a sheet with some details not the actual manual. So I decided to buy a CD driver! This was to ensure I could set up the printer correctly and guess what, it had many user manuals on it but not on the one I purchased. I did eventually find the correct manual online and YouTube after spending out on an external driver. Lesson learnt, anything can be found online.

Wrong incomplete delivery Wrong incomplete delivery then a serious delay of over one week to rectify the issue. Products did work ok when they finally arrived.

All ok The cartridges arrived on fine and all appear to be ok (although I haven't used them all yet)

DO NOT TRUST This was my third order with printing saver. First order was ok Second order they missed out 1 item and Third order they missed out 2 items. They don't include delivery notes or VAT invoices (which I need for my business) despite request and now 4 days later I am waiting for a reply from my email. Cant find a phone number for them anywhere.
