Great picture After searching several websites, I actually found more of what I was looking for on Desenio’s website! I watch Lone Fox on YouTube, and loved is display of pictures from this company. Desenio did not disappoint! The print I purchased was so aesthetically pleasing and the paper material seems sturdy enough for years of enjoyment. I plan to purchase more prints very soon!

Order never showed up and I have tried three times I have tired to order some canvas pieces from the site three times now and they never show up (I have not been charged). I get my order confirmation email then when they fail to arrive after three weeks I reach out to customer services. Each time I am told the order has been placed and will arrive, with an apology for the delay. Then, when they still do not arrive I reach out again to be told on two occasions that there was a glitch with their computer systems and the order was cancelled in error and I was never informed and most recently that the order was lost during transit. Instead of just re-sending my order they have then cancelled it and refunded me. I am very confused as on reading reviews it appears to be a legitimate site but I have failed to receive my order three times now and question if the site is real after all. I am incredibly disappointed as I really wanted the canvas' I ordered.

The product looks great The product looks great! I considered it very reasonably priced and it was delivered quickly! I was only confused about one part of the transaction. I had received one part and according to the confirmation everything was delivered- I reached out to customer service and they explained that my prints were being delivered from somewhere else and they were able to give me the tracking information. I would recommend!

Delivery took way too long and… Delivery took way too long and communication regarding delivery was poor. The online delivery information was inaccurate. Don't say to expect delivery in 3-5 business days and then take 10 days to deliver.
