A run around with a Happy Ending Shortly after placing my order I realized that the QR code on my sticker design was no longer valid. I quickly reached out to the company and was helped by Alex. He was able to correct the design before it was actually shipped out. On date of expected delivery the package was returned to sender because I mistakenly left out my apartment number. I reached out to the post office but was unsuccessful in reversing the situation. However Arlington, the owner, called me back after I reached out to the company and walked me through my error and did everything in his power to ensure that I would receive my package in a timely manner. First stickers where wrong size… First stickers where wrong size couldn’t use them for packaging way too big. Second hard to get a reply asked for updates and tracking number after mistake was supposed to be fix. As of yet no response to see if they shipped the actual sicker size I need. Overall didn’t like the service.

Always coming through Always coming through, site is easy to navigate, price points + quality is awesome, still seeing our stickers from our very first run with OGF on water bottles is so cool & still in tact. Def would love to be a part of a referral code program.

Stickers came out great Stickers came out great. They got here later than expected. Was told originally May 22nd-25th but stickers didn’t arrive until June 5th. Customer assistance was ultimately helpful after what felt like a bit of a runaround. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
