I returned the product unused from the Post Office because after I bought it I found out about all of the health risks. They refuse to answer my emails, they kept the returned product and won't refund me the money. Their website did not clearly list all the health risks and they continue to ignore my emails. I bought this product back in December and it is now end of February and they are still ignoring all my emails.

Not effective & not able to get refund The device is small and requires use 5x per week on each area to supposedly see improvement. After spending hours upon hours each week to see results, I did not. More importantly, this business does not stand behind their product. I have been trying to return the device for refund for weeks, with the run around. I have jumped through the hours of pointless activities and now the business is non-responsive. At this time I have accepted that I was scammed by this company so it is my goal to share my experience on every platform I can find to prevent others from buying this product.
