There are usefull information availbale which helps to understand the product. Customer service also seemes to be okay. They keep their cusotmer up to date about new offerings and offer advice and tips for ensuring the best possbile results from their services. I have nothing specific to write about my expreience but it seemed to be alright. Overall, I would give them a 4 out of 5 rating.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This company not honouring refunds. I returned the product unused from the Post Office because after I bought it I found out about all of the health risks. They refuse to answer my emails, they kept the returned product and won't refund me the money. Their website did not clearly list all the health risks and they continue to ignore my emails. I bought this product back in December and it is now end of February and they are still ignoring all my emails.
