From the moment I sent my initial inquiry email, to working on re-designing part of our company's PowerPoint template, Yoyo was friendly, responsive, helpful, patient, and professional. Updates from him were frequently sent with video tutorials to show us exactly what he meant, or how to optimize use of the slides on our end. He walked us through every step of the process and was totally transparent about everything regarding timing and costs. Like I said, we cannot recommend Yoyo and SlideCow highly enough--and we're looking forward to our next opportunity to get to work with them!

Excellent Customer Support Update: Slide Cow reached out and it was an honest mistake. They offered to provide the slide templates for free and I declined, as all I wanted was the product I purchased. He did insist on refunding me, which was incredibly kind and professional. I would absolutely work with, and recommend Slide Cow. The content they put out is of very high-quality and their customer support was outstanding. Original I paid, my credit card was charged, and I have no email and received no link to the templates (it could've been user error, as many things are). I emailed the company through their site and didn't hear back.
