it's a Scan and fraudulent company it's a Scan and fraudulent company, offer sub par service at a ridiculous price, its also very hard to get ride off the £10 a month charge, that doesn't show up as this company on your bank statements. had to spend an hour on the phone to my bank to find out who these thief's are.

Since I use colorcinch in my art process to create templates for fabric portraits I was super frustrated since I had paid the annual subscription and now it wasn’t working. I sent a help request and was impressed at how quickly I got a response. The solution that was suggested worked and I am back in business. (It was as simple as doing the software update on my iPhone and trying chrome on my Mac). Thanks Peter!
