GBI bought a cartridge refill for my HP … I bought a cartridge refill for my HP Printer one time before and it worked fine, so this time I ordered a three pack and unfortunately none of them worked properly, I don't know how to contact them directly.

GBSatisfied customer for many years I have been a satisfied customer of ASAPinkjets for many years, and have every intention of remaining so. The products live up to expectations, the prices are most friendly, and the customer service -- whether on a technical matter or on an order -- has been superb. I have a bias... I would far rather simply ignore an unsatisfactory shopping experience and not return but when presented with good service, good products and good prices I'm more than ready to share.

GBIt's great It's great. We had trouble getting the ink to work on a very thirsty printer but all is well now.

GBGood product & great price...thanks! Have used their inkjet product for years and am a very satisfied customer. Be sure to read instructions on ink packet if your HP printer considers the ink cartridge a 'foreign' product. Good product at a money saving price!

GBReceived order of ink in timely manner BUT Received order of ink in timely manner. Shipping tracking did not work. One of the inks leaked and one isn't recognized by the printer. Do not know what ASAP will do for me as this review came before they responded haven't tried the rest of the cartridges yet. We will see.....
