GBI bought a cartridge refill for my HP … I bought a cartridge refill for my HP Printer one time before and it worked fine, so this time I ordered a three pack and unfortunately none of them worked properly, I don't know how to contact them directly.

GBGood product & great price...thanks! Have used their inkjet product for years and am a very satisfied customer. Be sure to read instructions on ink packet if your HP printer considers the ink cartridge a 'foreign' product. Good product at a money saving price!

GBFix One Thing and They'll Get 5 Stars Great prices, good products and good delivery. I recently used a promotion code that stated "free delivery" in the email I received. But when I entered the promotion code, I did receive the product discount but was still charged a delivery fee. This has happened the last two times I tried to use ASAP Inkjets promotion coupons that stated "free delivery." I have brought this up with ASAP but they haven't fixed their sales software.

GBReceived order of ink in timely manner BUT Received order of ink in timely manner. Shipping tracking did not work. One of the inks leaked and one isn't recognized by the printer. Do not know what ASAP will do for me as this review came before they responded haven't tried the rest of the cartridges yet. We will see.....
