GBUntrustworthy I requested to return a product, sent it recorded delivery (it was delivered) but the company provided no refund and stopped responding to my emails. Eventually, PayPal issued a refund after a dispute. I also find it very concerning that their main Facebook page no longer allows public comments. There is no way to keep them accountable for misinformation and poor customer service. Also, there are several facebook groups with negative feedback on the company and the product.

GBAshley Black Guru is awesome and… Ashley Black Guru is awesome and helpful in so many ways. I’ve had issues with my knees for years and a few months with the fasciablaster and I felt good as new. Very cool product. I found Ashley through fasciablasterreviews dot net, a Fan page that gave me great initial insight and led me to ashleyblackguru.

GBWorks If we’re rating Ashley, forget it. Never received a response to my question. However, love the product and really works with consistency. The problem is you must keep using it. I wish there was something automatic you could use.

GBGreat method, but no customer service, and cheaply made products Great product - overpriced, but effective. One item was left out of my original order. I contacted customer service and was told 4-8 weeks; it's been 12 and it has not shown up. Another item broke and after completing their ridiculous return process (form, multiple pictures of item on top of form), I cannot get any response to check status. I was contacted and they sent an email that contained a link to original form. No customer service phone number on the site. Buy the knockoff and watch the YouTube videos.

AUAppalling Customer Service Appalling Customer Service. I ordered my products 11.5 weeks ago, and haven’t even received them yet. I’ve been dismissed and told that it’s the Australia Posts and my problem now because it left their warehouse and there is nothing they can do about it. I have emailed a few times from about the 6 week mark and sometimes it takes a week to hear back from them. To add insult to injury, they offered me a 10% discount to appease my frustration. 😂 Like I’m spending more money with them and I haven’t received my first parcel? As far as I can see Australia Post received Parcel Info but may not have even received the parcel. The company is a joke and maybe even a sham. And from what I’m reading with other reviews I may as well forget my $300 - I won’t get it back and I won’t receive my cheaply made products either. Don’t bother.. Find a service more reliable, customer focused and timely and save yourself the time and effort with this greedy company. I’ll be lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC and encouraging others to do the same. They shouldn’t have trading rights here in Australia
