I contacted customer service and was told 4-8 weeks; it's been 12 and it has not shown up. Another item broke and after completing their ridiculous return process (form, multiple pictures of item on top of form), I cannot get any response to check status. I was contacted and they sent an email that contained a link to original form. No customer service phone number on the site. Buy the knockoff and watch the YouTube videos.
