GBI paid $899 for both top and bottom… I paid $899 for both top and bottom veneers. After doing the first round of impressions and photographing them I was told I need to do more. I then did another round and was told the same thing so I looked up the cancelation policy and it said I should get a 75% refund. I asked for the refund and "dan" said he would issue a $300 refund because of "expenses" after 3 weeks and no refund whatsoever the emails to them come up "invalid email" and long story longer I got completely ripped off.

JPDISAPPOINTED Good news: customer support is very good. Dan responded promptly to all my emails. Bad news: the veneers. There is very little definition between the teeth, especially in the front where it counts the most. They look very fake. Also, I have a pronounced lisp whenever I wear them, rendering them almost unusable. I really regret buying these.

GBAwful product, awful people, just terrible! Don’t use! I ordered my veneers for pictures at my daughter’s wedding. I asked on chat, by email and on the phone if there was a way to get them here by September 30. They (‘Dan’} asked me for an Extra $150 and then, yes, they would guarantee the delivery. The short of it is that DHL left them on my driveway behind bushes on October 8. We found them while gardening on 10/12. The wedding and parties I bought it for are over. So, I tried them on and , of course, they don’t fit. I’ve told them that too, but the answer was, ‘be patient’. And ‘they don’t give refunds’! I did their process online with their rep and it was fully approved by their rep. (They refunded the rush fee they claim. But I never would have spent this kind of money on something that I didn’t have a real reason to get at s particular time. I want a full refund as I was not given product nor service I wanted. Please do not use this company.

GBTHIS IS A CON!!! Let me first state, I have been sending ten e-mails to this company’s one message throughout my trials with them. I ordered my veneers last November, but I left a message on their machine telling them I had a dental appointment In January 2022. However, I cancelled my dental appointment due to catching the dreaded COVID 19. Dan texted me many during this period, but I was too ill to contact him. Once recovered, I completed my impressions and sent photographs. Dan informed me that I had slippage and needed to pay for more impression ‘goo’. Consequently, I sent more money. Unhappily, throughout my trials, their e-mail address has not been working. They tell me, when it is working, that they are having issues with their e-mail address. But this has been going on for months. GET YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS REPAIRED!!! I want my money beck! This company is bogus. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!
