Horrible! Cartridge leaked, ruined my printer! Bought one of their remanufactured black cartridges for my Epson printer. Next day after installing it I discovered it had leaked all over the printer. Contacted their customer service who simply directed me to their useless troubleshooting website. Wouldn't even refund my purchase. Now it looks like I need to buy a new printer.
