I gave everything correct to contact me and they insist that I gave wrong address. I went to government authorities and checked that I gave them the correct address of mine!!!!! And they want me to pay them again to they will send it again!!!!!!!! Where to send me if you say that my address is not exiting??!!!!! They will take your money and send you nothing!!!!! When the brand was "crystal drops" everything was ok!!! And the product and the communication!!!!! Now I give 0 and if they insist not sending the products or my money back I will make a report to interpol.

Product is from China and doesn't work even 1% Product is from China, not USA as stated on their site. You will receive no order confirmation, no shipping or tracking details and no in-person email communication. There is no customer service. If you email them, they will not respond. I actually did receive my bottle. But it did NOTTHHINNNGGGG. It actually made my eyes feel quite refreshed, but then so does contact lens solution! It did nothing to alter my eye colour at all. AVOID.
