located in china located in china, stolen photos from other companies, fake product photos as well spelling errors all over the website and every photo on their website was stolen from another American company this is a fake website, so BEWARE likely stealing your personal details and credit card details as well

Zero zero zero not even one!!! Zero zero zero not even one!!!! I order from 31/8/2023 and still they deliver nothing, nothing, nothig!!!!!! I gave everything correct to contact me and they insist that I gave wrong address. I went to government authorities and checked that I gave them the correct address of mine!!!!! And they want me to pay them again to they will send it again!!!!!!!! Where to send me if you say that my address is not exiting??!!!!! They will take your money and send you nothing!!!!! When the brand was "crystal drops" everything was ok!!! And the product and the communication!!!!! Now I give 0 and if they insist not sending the products or my money back I will make a report to interpol.

Product is from China and doesn't work even 1% Product is from China, not USA as stated on their site. You will receive no order confirmation, no shipping or tracking details and no in-person email communication. There is no customer service. If you email them, they will not respond. I actually did receive my bottle. But it did NOTTHHINNNGGGG. It actually made my eyes feel quite refreshed, but then so does contact lens solution! It did nothing to alter my eye colour at all. AVOID.

Total scam Total scam paid for fast delivery its been over a months nothing has arrived. They said if it doesn't arrive soin we will issue a full refund. Nw I am being ignore on WhatsApp and via email. Total scam spend over £100. Guys don't bother.

One Big Scam Who really knows where this company is actually located. One thing is for sure, it's not in The USA or Canada. If you pay attention to the syntax of the English on the site; even the syntax of purported customers (even ones with very American names) you'll quickly see that this is one elaborate scam. Once you place your order, the money will be taken almost immediately and you'll have to wait around 45 days for your product to actually arrive and when it does arrive, you'll receive incorrect quantities and/or incorrect colors. But, seriously, don't worry about the colors because this product does not work. I'd strongly advise you not put anything from this company in your eyes as there's no reliable way to know what's actually in it. The packaging is unprofessional and very suspicious. Don't risk your vision for the false hope of changing your eye color. The only surefire way to do it is to undergo surgery.
