GBI chose Fragranceon because of their… I chose Fragranceon because of their lower prices on perfume. After ordering it took about 3 weeks to receive my order after several inquiries into when it would be fulfilled and shipped. It was stressful experience because the customer service kept repeating that within 3-5 business days I would have my perfume. I was about to cancel the order and then I was informed that the package was shipped. I received it and probably will not use them again.

GBNot the best experience Not the best experience. One week after ordering I checked the tracking number and noticed no action had been taken. I emailed their customer service and asked for a refund. Later that same day I checked the tracking again. It now said a label had been printed but that was it. No scans had been placed by the courier. I emailed their customer service again and again asked for a refund because it hadn't shipped. I never received any reply from the company. A couple days later my order arrived. It was a different cologne than what I had ordered. I had ordered a bottle of Lempicka au Masculine but received a bottle of Lempicka Homme. Similar? Yes. What I had ordered and what was pictured and named in the description? No. FragranceX.com is a much better site to purchase perfume and cologne from.

GBBad customer service I ordered a Mac mascara from this company “Fragance.On.com”, confirmation e-mail received but then after 3 weeks nothing else happened and I tried to e-mail, contact company but on the website it only said “store unavailable” to me it’s either a ripped off or fraud this company. Very bad customer service and I do not trust or will ever order from here.

GBBuyer Beware I ordered a fragrance from this company and when it arrived, I noticed stark differences in both the smell and the packaging from the original purchased at another store. I contacted the company immediately to which I was sent a return label and assured I would receive a full refund. Once the company received the return, the story changed and I was given the runaround. I left 2 negative reviews and then suddenly, I received a partial refund as well as a threat of legal action if I left any bad reviews. I requested a full refund to which I was informed I would not get if I did not remove all my negative reviews. This is a direct violation is my first amendment right. I would never do business with this company again!!
