I odered (2) bareminerals lipgloss in… I odered (2) bareminerals lipgloss in Showoff. A month after you guys tell me you dont have the items! Bad business

Buyer Beware I ordered a fragrance from this company and when it arrived, I noticed stark differences in both the smell and the packaging from the original purchased at another store. I contacted the company immediately to which I was sent a return label and assured I would receive a full refund. Once the company received the return, the story changed and I was given the runaround. I left 2 negative reviews and then suddenly, I received a partial refund as well as a threat of legal action if I left any bad reviews. I requested a full refund to which I was informed I would not get if I did not remove all my negative reviews. This is a direct violation is my first amendment right. I would never do business with this company again!!

Easy site to use and great shipping Found a perfume that was discontinued that I loved from this site. Was very easy to order and shipped quickly even though it was right before Christmas. Would def recommend and will order from here again in a heartbeat.

Why would you want a review from me Why would you want a review from me. I purchased my wife's favorite perfume on December 11, 2020. Order was accepted and paid by paypal same day with the committment to be delivered by Christmas. A week before Christmas I get an email stating that Fragranceon was going to credit my account. No excuse, no reason, nothing, just the one statement. Needless to say my wife's present was late. Two days after Christmas she got her gift. Very angry at this company. I guess with such poor business practices I am lucky to get my money back.

Very Disappointed I placed my order on 11/08/2020 and was charged at that time. I haven’t received my order as of 12/06/2020 and my order status still says it’s awaiting fulfillment. When I placed my order, it should have said “out of stock” so I could have ordered it elsewhere. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card since I haven’t received my order or an communication regarding the delay of my order. I’m very disappointed in the service of this company.
