GBNot a trustworthy company Placed an order with the company on Mar 25th. One the website it said orders take two weeks. I waited until April 9th to contact them. They gave what seemed like an AI response and on April 22nd I still hadn't received the product so I requested them to cancel my order and refund. I also disputed with my credit card company and then I get a shipping notification. The customer service with this company is horrible and I wish I saw these reviews before placing my order.

GBThis company has to be a scam I have been waiting for my order for 2 and a half months now. I placed the order on January 19th and have yet to receive it. I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my order and only received one response stating that shipping takes two weeks, which was not accurate. A shipping label was created on March 18th, but there have been no further updates since then. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from the brand and will not be ordering from them again. I advise others to avoid this company and choose a more reliable alternative.

GBI ordered the glass skin kit and glow… I ordered the glass skin kit and glow up pads 2/23 and received them 3/18. I received 1 pack of glow up pads free making 4 bags of pads, 1 skin mask and 2 skin serums. Started using it on and off a week after I got them. Now I'm noticing my face feels super fuzzy-like and have noticed my sides of my cheek bone area getting darker. My face was never like this. I use neutrogena hydro boost and use sunscreen after this and my face is soooo messed up! I stopped using them immediately after my face started feeling stings and like my face hurts after washing off the face mask you let sit on your face for 10mins. I only opened 1 of the 4 packs I have and probably only used like 8 of the 30 pads. Definitely will be emailing them about a refund due to their product messing up my skin. If you have sensitive skin or eczema PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THIS PRODUCT. My mom is a nurse and she even said something about my skin changing. I'll have to let my dermatologist fix this mess that they created!

GBIf you contest the charges they’ll send your stuff I echo what everyone has said about their service and correspondence. The key is you have to dispute the charges with the cc company. I ordered Jan 29 and didn’t get my Stuff until March 13 AFTER entering a dispute and calling them Scammers outright via email. They are taking orders and money then repacking PHOR essentials pads as their own.

GBI only gave a Star because I had to to… I only gave a Star because I had to to post .. but this company is a waste how do you take payment for something and two months later no product.. items still haven't been sent out . No customer service number no response to emails.. I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last one on earth it's very insensitive to take this long knowing skincare needs are very serious and to take 2 months and still haven't shipped is rediculous and unprofessional.. stay away from black owned companies they run they own business in the grounds
