I only gave a Star because I had to to… I only gave a Star because I had to to post .. but this company is a waste how do you take payment for something and two months later no product.. items still haven't been sent out . No customer service number no response to emails.. I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last one on earth it's very insensitive to take this long knowing skincare needs are very serious and to take 2 months and still haven't shipped is rediculous and unprofessional.. stay away from black owned companies they run they own business in the grounds

THIS COMPANY IS WIRE FRAUD SCAMMERS This company is a complete WIRE FRAUD SCAM! I am writing this to forewarn ALL potential customers to do no financial transactions from Sugarbabycare whatsoever! I online ordered on 02/11/24, Order#109550, in amount of $155.99 for items in stock, which prompted an email from them on 02/12/24 confirming paid purchase received, and assurance to notify me of shipping date. I checked back on their site to find a 'suspicious' USPS tracking# 9434611206217618514867, so I called USPS directly and was informed that a package was NEVER brought to process for delivery. I figured Sugarbabycare were overly busy, so i politely waited and waited...NOTHING! I then emailed them on 02/18/2024 asking for status update and they NEVER made any attempts to communicate back, but they kept sending me almost daily text msgs to buy more products! Eventually, I called USPS again, and they reported the same message - no package, no delivery. I then called the number from the text msg: 1-833-568-3809 (always busy) signal. I sent several txt messages, but got no response. I had to take action and call the bank to change my card number and file a FRAUD claim against Sugarbabycare. I've also reported them to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent wire scam behavior. THEY ARE PURE WIRE FRAUD SCAMMERS.

I REAPT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! SCAMMERS I ordered $85 worth of products from this company since 01/14/23 and still haven’t received my package as I’m writing this. Do not order from these scammers. 1st red flag I didn’t see was that they don’t email you a tracking number like other companies do when you order online… Duhh !! This company is not legit don’t do it. Now I’m getting my bank involved. Shut down sugar baby care!!!!!!

Scam scam scam I've spent 2 hours combing the trying to find someone to real contact. The info provided doesn't get you anywhere. Live chat isnt even a real option. The mission statement is scetch. I wanted to cancel the order was place 4 businessdays ago with express shipping but no progress on stats of item. since I've received nothing but fake spam emails about promo offers and news letters more than Facebook. Do not buy! Please save your money you're stuck paying if you buy

SCAMMM !!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! 7 days after purchase, I have yet to receive a confirmation email or a tracking number. I have reached out to them by email and live chat multiple times with no real answers. Someone finally wrote me back and said orders take 7-15 business days to process then 3-5 business days to be shipped out. They also said I wouldn't have a tracking number but on their end they know the order exist. I feel this site is a SCAM. I was completely unaware it would take over a month for products to be sent out and not be able to at least get a tracking number. Especially since it cost $10 for shipping. I've been asking for a refund and no one has responded. DONT WASTE $65 LIKE I DID!!
