I ordered the glass skin kit and glow… I ordered the glass skin kit and glow up pads 2/23 and received them 3/18. I received 1 pack of glow up pads free making 4 bags of pads, 1 skin mask and 2 skin serums. Started using it on and off a week after I got them. Now I'm noticing my face feels super fuzzy-like and have noticed my sides of my cheek bone area getting darker. My face was never like this. I use neutrogena hydro boost and use sunscreen after this and my face is soooo messed up! I stopped using them immediately after my face started feeling stings and like my face hurts after washing off the face mask you let sit on your face for 10mins. I only opened 1 of the 4 packs I have and probably only used like 8 of the 30 pads. Definitely will be emailing them about a refund due to their product messing up my skin. If you have sensitive skin or eczema PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THIS PRODUCT. My mom is a nurse and she even said something about my skin changing. I'll have to let my dermatologist fix this mess that they created!

I hardly write bad reviews but I… I hardly write bad reviews but I thought I should to let others know my experience. I ordered thru the company they charged me after a couple weeks I reach out and asked when my items were going to be shipped they they had an unusual high volume or orders. So I waited and it’s been a month and still nothing which in my opinion it’s a little ridiculous. I finally had to ask for a refund because obviously they were not going it send it to me and I did get confirmation they canceled my order now I will be checking that I get credited on my card. But never again will I order from this company anyone who does expect to wait or not receive your order!

This company has to be a scam I have been waiting for my order for 2 and a half months now. I placed the order on January 19th and have yet to receive it. I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my order and only received one response stating that shipping takes two weeks, which was not accurate. A shipping label was created on March 18th, but there have been no further updates since then. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from the brand and will not be ordering from them again. I advise others to avoid this company and choose a more reliable alternative.

Buyer Beware I've had a similar experience as a lot of other reviewers. I waited a month for my product with no communication from the company. As soon as I started a dispute with my cc company I suddenly get an email that my product has shipped. Now I've received them but based on the mixed reviews I'm scared to use them. Will never order from them again. Even if the product worked, the wait time makes it a poor purchase.

SugarBabyCare is a total scam. I have a problem now again tracking my package and now my item can’t be found and also use my order number and email and it says item can’t be found…so this so called company scam me and erased my entire order period…Never again I will do my homework and research before I purchase anything for now on.She should be ashamed for this.
