Been waiting since September 2022 for a… Been waiting since September 2022 for a bottle of Gucci however after at least 20 emails later still not received product and keep getting the same message that it’s waiting for postal clearance but this has been going on for over 6 months BUT MONEY £60, WAS TAKEN FROM ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY ON ORDER Disgraceful!!! However I have now seen all the other reviews and realise that it’s a complete scam . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE/COMPANY

Be careful I purchased in March 2023 three perfumes at a cost of 120 euros, in return I received three vials of cheap oil, for 9 months I corresponded with the seller to receive the perfumes I ordered or the money I paid. I sent him the oil to the address I received from him that did not exist, not even on Google Maps, the package was returned to my home, the money is lost and the frustration is great. From the reviews he saw that this is a repeating pattern. Too bad I didn't check before purchasing. Hope this review saves some victims from this scammer.

Hands off... An absolute rip-off and scam... I ordered 3 fragrances from parfumly.com in September 2022, only one of which arrived and it turned out to be fake. The bottle clearly had traces of glue, which means it was filled with something cheap. I couldn't even say whether it was the original fragrance, as this perfume is not available in Germany. I have NOT received the 2 other fragrances I ordered to date (and it is now January 2024). Despite repeated enquiries and requests for refunds of the amounts paid for them, I have been put off. Die Flasche wies eindeutig Klebstoffspuren auf, das heißt sie wurde mit irgendwas billigem befüllt. Ob es überhaupt dem Originalduft entsprach, konnte ich nicht mal sagen, da dieses Parfum nicht in Deutschland erhältlich ist. Die 2 anderen bestellten Düfte, habe ich bis heute (und wir haben mittlerweile Januar 2024), NICHT erhalten. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage und Aufforderung Rückerstattung der dafür bezahlten Beträge, wird man nur hingehalten. Ein absoluter Beschiss und Saftladen...

Scammers This is a scammer company who doesn’t exist November 2023 i bought a parfume from them 56 euro 100 mil i received 30 mil something else totally different from what i bought. The parfume which i received you can get in ebay for 5 £ 😔 i contacted them they replied to me with 3 different costumer service names apologies what happened but you never get another purchase.The trick of this game how they make money is paying them direct to the account from online banking. In this case your bank can’t solve this problem and you are profesionaly scammed. Don’t purchase anything from this company I have more than 10 emails with them telling me we sent you a new package . Today is 24.04.2024 i got email with old tracking number and nobody is responding .

Epitome of SCAM This company is the epitome of SCAM. When you look up the word scam in the dictionary, you will find parfumly as the example. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered back in January and never received my package, they said it was stuck at customs and they would let me know as soon as things would get moving, of course they never did and the next offer was to send me my order again. I declined and asked for a refund, they didn’t want to refund me for a while until the 20th of March I got an email my refund was processed. Now I’ve still not gotten my money back and the 20 business days is about the expire tomorrow. Don’t know what’ll happen and if they’ll reply but I’m taking matters into my hands and will contact my bank and also see what legal actions there are that I can take. They’re a fraud. Edit 18th of April 2024: I contacted customer service multiple times since Monday 15th and only on the 17th did I get a lousy reply saying that the 20 business days isn’t over yet (the 17th was the last day) so basically at the end of the day it would’ve been over BUT TO NO ONES SURPRISE I still haven’t gotten my money back. I contacted my bank and blocked my card and also applied for a card dispute so my bank gave me the money I lost back. I advice all of you to do the same since this thieving company has your credit card details so they can keep withdrawing money if they wanted. Be aware of scams and from now on always check the company out first.
