Best Wine and Beer Store on the Net! From the moment I discovered this gem on the net I have been rewarded with awesome service and great prices. Being both a wine and beer maker, I have one place to get all my supplies and at prices even cheaper than my local merchant even with shipping. It's hard to believe that only 2 guys do all the work! On my last order I had a problem with a dried malt package that had partially leaked out in transit. I emailed to ask them what I could substitute for the small amount of lost malt and within minutes I received a response with a genuine apology and a speedy no cost replacement. That's caring customer service! I am confident that things will only get even better and I wish them great success!

Excelent to deal with Great selections, respectable prices and great communication. I ordered an item that was out of stock, got a phone call asking if I wanted them to ship without it, replace it or wait till the next day. I opted to wait, got a call that afternoon saying it was in and they would be shipping. That was Friday, hops will be delivered Tuesday

Asheboro NC I've used Lablepeelers aprox. 5 times and have great experiences everytime, On 1 occasion I ordered 2 wine kits & they were damaged in shipping, LP expedited the replacement at no additional charge. My only recommendation would be to carry more product like Midwest so I wouldn't have to deal with them at all.
