Great customer service and shipping! Just made an order with label peelers and mistaken ordered a stopper that was too big. They noticed my mistake and personally gave me a call to correct it. Great personal service and the shipping was super fast! Highly recommend!

Excelent to deal with Great selections, respectable prices and great communication. I ordered an item that was out of stock, got a phone call asking if I wanted them to ship without it, replace it or wait till the next day. I opted to wait, got a call that afternoon saying it was in and they would be shipping. That was Friday, hops will be delivered Tuesday

Speedy shipping and great customer service! I placed my order yesterday morning and the package arrived this afternoon! Great price and the fastest shipping that I've ever experienced! I couldn't find an item purchased among the 7 boxes, so I called the company. As luck would have it, the person who packaged it remembered doing so and helped me locate the item! If that isn't amazing customer service, then I don't know what is! Highly recommend this company.

Rewards Program Screwing! I've ordered form Label Peelers for years and have always been satisfied - great prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service. But their rewards program suddenly disappeared recently without warning - as did the reward coupons/discounts I had earned. Pretty lousy way to screw your customers.

Good Selection, pricing and delivery This is my second purchase from Labelpeelers and both experiences I've had have been very positive. The web site is ok but the pricing and the delivery times have been great! Cost of shipping is very reasonable as well in comparison to many other retailers. I mainly purchase hops and a few small equipment pieces and have been happy with the quality. I generally do a lot of research and price comparisons before I make a purchase and all research led me to Labelpeelers for my brewing ingredients. I will continue to purchase from Labelpeelers, in fact I plan on placing an order today. Thanks!
