A rip off company A rip off company. Opened a new printer cartridge I purchased from this joint and it was a used mostly empty cartridge that had been re-packed in a new box and would not even be recognized by my printer. They have 0% quality control. When I tried to call I can't get through to anyone and their link to send an e-mail is broken. What a company of clowns. Embarrassing.

Great Pricing and Quality Products! I have been ordering from LD for six years + and have always received the products and have good success in using them. I had one issue several years ago with a ream of paper and they quickly gave me a credit; I was able to apply to a subsequent purchase for ink and toner. No questions asked. Always prompt delivery. Would recommend.

No response to phone calls to customer service and / or sales lines. No track number made available. Terrible service - seeking full refund from Paypal. Will not use this merchant again due to poor service.

It seems over the last 2 years your LD… It seems over the last 2 years your LD branded color toner cartridges are not up to the original HP standards. Every time I have replaced a cartridge it only lasts about a month before it puts color streaks on the paper making it unusable. What happened to Quality Control at LD products? I have two color cartridges that are about 70% full and they are junk. My wife wants to print Christmas cards, but again poor quality cartridges will not let that happen unless I replace a 3 color cartridges.
