I ordered time sensitive certified mail… I ordered time sensitive certified mail pieces and it showed that everything was good and complete. The system showed the the payment went through and my card was charged. I kept checking the tracking # status and the tracking number kept coming up as a void tracking number. After a couple weeks I contacted mailform (who is very difficult to contact) as they did not answer their phones or reply to my emails without repeated attempts. I finally heard back and they said sorry it was their mistake and the zip code section was entered wrong. I asked them to promptly fix it and get my items mailed. My certified mailers were late and when I asked to get a refund they had no response to me or any of my emails. I set up a credit card dispute in which they responded that I had made an error on my end and everything was delivered as ordered. I am disappointed at Mailform and their customer service team.

Their service is extremely low Their service is extremely low, I have sent a mail through USPS Next day delivery and till now they have failed to deliver the package, two of my letters like that, this people need to work on how to keep their clients. I will continue rating you bad until you work on your accuracy.
