THi sent 2 certified legal documents… i sent 2 certified legal documents using their service and never received confirmation that the documents where mailed. i called their customer service number and only got a recording. i think this could be a Mailroom cold be mail fraud?

NGTheir service is extremely low Their service is extremely low, I have sent a mail through USPS Next day delivery and till now they have failed to deliver the package, two of my letters like that, this people need to work on how to keep their clients. I will continue rating you bad until you work on your accuracy.
