Waste of money I tried to use Mailform to send some government documents to myself due to the ongoing pandemic. You'd think that this would be pretty basic but the documents arrived in a laughably terrible format. Instead of a normal 8.5 x 11 portrait orientation the documents were in landscape orientation with the actual text taking up 1/3 of the page and being almost too small to be legible. I know that I double checked my documents in the preview function that was available and I honestly have no idea how something so basic could be screwed up so badly.

i sent 2 certified legal documents… i sent 2 certified legal documents using their service and never received confirmation that the documents where mailed. i called their customer service number and only got a recording. i think this could be a Mailroom cold be mail fraud?

Exceedingly disappointing customer support experience Exceedingly disappointing customer support experience. Did a test order on behalf of my company. The order was not reflected in the account history. On 11-01-23, I sent a message through the website as well as to the support email provided. No reply. 12-04-23 sent a follow-up email. No reply. We will not be using this service.
