The worst customer support anywhere The worst customer support anywhere. Their so called custom dept. is even worse then their template support. We paid 50% upfront to have a Joomla 2.5 website migrate to the latest version of Joomla. We gave them Super admin access to our live site for them to review and give us quote. They quoted price and we agreed and then paid 50% to get the job started. 2 weeks later they asked for more money saying the job was much bigger then they thought. They tried to double the price and we said no. We explained they must do job as quoted and agreed upon by both parties. Then almost 3 months went by and we had to keep asking them when job was to be done. They kept telling us they we working on it. We even created space on our host for them to use to do the job. They didn't know how to login to cPanel and told us the account we created didn't work. We had to teach them how to access it. And they still couldn't. They also managed to break the live site over and over. They don't provide updates and they don't even try to explain what they are doing or provide progress updates. We agreed to a critical path and they assured us job would be finished in two weeks. Well 3 months later still nothing and no communication. We finally asked for a refund and they sent the 50% back. We asked that they at least provide us the template and extensions we were paying for in job and they said NO they would not. We then tried contacting the CEO and he ignored our emails completely. So now we have a live site that they broke and we lost 3 months of waiting for them to finish the job we were paying for. We don't have the template and we have no compensation for wasting our time for so long. We could have had this job done in 2 weeks with a another supplier but we chose JoomArt because we used to be a paying developer for them for 4 years and we thought they would be the right choice. They have no loyalty to customers and really don't care. Bottom line is they are not capable and actually do not know how to do the work and yet claim they can. Buyer beware! Stay away!

Affiliate program is closed and never… Affiliate program is closed and never been informed about and all the sale is gone support has no knowledge about it. Coupon codes not valid however still shows on the site. Some nice joomla templates but not worth it because support is very poor for the price. Coupons can be used only if you have active subscription which is very poor!!

Virtuemart templates do not work I bought a template with the virtuemart extension from Joomlart for 89 EUR. The extension virtuemart does not work. The support offered me to fix the store for 180 EUR. I can only strongly advise against Joomlart. If you want, you can try out the functionality of the e commerce stores on the website. I have not found a single one where you can check the full functionality.

The *absolute worst* Joomla products and support I had several terrible experiences with these guys and their buggy software, and stayed away for years - but made the mistake of giving them another chance recently. I was looking to move to Joomla 4 and needed a new template, and also wanted to migrate from K2 to com_content, which they provide an extension for. I purchased a "ProPlus" membership from their sister site Gavick.com (GK), which was supposed to give me access to "Everything in GK Pro plus full access to Joomlart". (I have a screenshot of the offer). Now, for those unfamiliar with Joomlart, they make (poorly programmed) extensions as well as templates - all of which are housed on Joomlart.com. To me "full access to Joomlart" means "full access to Joomlart" - but to this company, apparently, it means "access to the Joomlart templates but not the Joomlart extensions". This is explained exactly nowhere on their site. After buying my subscription, I was unable to download the extension I needed. I opened a support ticket immediately to ask for a refund.... they have a "100% money back guarantee - no hassles, no questions asked". I did not hear back, and did not hear back... so followed up a couple of weeks later. Their response was that it was now too late to issue a refund - even though they had documented my same-day request and also acknowledged the website text describing the subscription I had purchased was incorrect. Support is brutal. Brutal. May I repeat... BRUTAL. I have given up on trying to deal with them directly, and just lodged a dispute via my credit card. Joomlart can fight with Visa now. But this behaviour is simply a continuation of a trend as far as I am concerned. My two previous experiences with Joomlart involved (i) their Megafilter (which broke my site - and could not even be uninstalled properly, so I needed to call in external help for a fix); and (ii) a template that slowed my site down SOOOO BADLY that is was basically non-functional. It is easy to get sucked into buying stuff from these guys, because they have decent designers and a slick marketing team. But... DO NOT DO IT.
