Never shipped. I called, they said it wasn't in stock, no communication. All of a sudden I got A TONER by mail. Completely the wrong toner. I paid for two, and got one... the wrong one! Better business bureau... no point in talking about it. It'll be too much to even ship it back get my money back and still get the right toners I paid for. Use another company

A month of lies. They make promises, but don't deliver. I've been told 4 times over the last month that a fuser for my printer was being replaced. Each time the customer service rep promises to get it done and each time nothing happens. The rep I ask for from the previous attempt isn't available to back up what they promised. UPDATE: It's now 6 times I've been assured the replacement fuser would be shipped. Still, they are not able to provide any shipping information or tracking numbers. Their people continue to apologize, but indicate they're overwhelmed. Their supervisors are not available.

DO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER. Ordered on January 10, heard nothing from them until March 7, when they told me my items were backordered with no ETA and asked if I wanted to cancel. I immediately replied and asked to cancel, to which they replied the "cancellation window" had already passed and they needed five business days to determine whether cancellation would be possible. I emailed back and forth with them for a few days and each time they kept adding more time to "resolve this issue." Ended up calling my bank and disputed the charges. DO NOT ORDER.

The customer service does tell u that they shipped the item but actually not. After half month, CS said the order will be shipped by "fairly fast" delivery after I complained lots everyday. You have to prepare you couldn't get the order within half month if you don't like to track,call, supervise, and emails for pushing the delivery everyday .
