Customer service is GREAT!!! Farmer Freeman is one of the few companies left that ACTUALLY care about customer service. They kept me in the loop, answered any questions that I had. They were quick with my results and for the price you can't beat it. If you are looking to have a X Y test done on your plants these are the people you want to use. great company. great company! if your growing plants and dont want to waste time and money on nutrients and growing to see the sex; farmerfreeman is the way to go. i saved about 2 months of feeding and time to find out the sex of my plants in less than a week after shipping out my samples. will buy again in the future. also great customer service, responses within 24 hours after sending and email or dm!

too rich for me I paid $15 per plant sex test. I disliked the price I had to pay. I recently found another place offering the same exact service for only $4 per plant. What a huge difference in price. huge savings compared to this place.

Fantastic experience! Fantastic experience! I accidentally left my contact info off of the order slip. The fine folks at Farmer Freeman got my number from the shipping company and tracked me down to make sure I would receive my order. They went above and beyond for sure! Oh and it was SUPER fast! Love this company I love this company. The samples i sent in arrived on a thursday and got the results for 8 out of 9 samples the next day! One was still being analyzed which ive heard from other people happens sometimes. But received the results within the next 2 business days like promised. The whole experience was extremely fast and easy. Great time saver. And they have incredible customer service. Honestly cant speak highly enough of this company.
