5 Star Treatment Premium Logo Designer was great from start to finish designing my logo for my business. The artwork was amazing, premium logo designer even trademarked and copyrighted the logo so no one could use it but me. Five star service.

Quick and Quality I needed a quick but quality logo and business card put together and delivered. I was very happy with the communication and understanding the team had with my needs. I was able to have multiple revisions without any complaints or hesitation. The cost was above what I would’ve initially expected.. but with the quality of both the logo and cards, I couldn’t be happier.

This experience has turned into a nightmare In August 2021, I initially posted a good review of the logo design process. The team helped me clarify what I wanted, and I was willing to pay someone to come up with a design, so I could focus my attention elsewhere. I had a few issues with them insisting I had to pay several hundred more dollars for their legal team to register my design with the US trademark office, but I eventually got them to back off and just give me my logos. After I paid for and received my logos, I started noticing incredibly similar designs with several other businesses, so in the end, I NEVER used the logos I paid for. That has not stopped this company from repeatedly contacting me every few months insisting that I MUST pay their legal team to register my logos with the government. They insist it's a legal requirement. It's not. Now, we are two years into this process (October 2023), and their behavior has elevated to the level of harassment. Their "paralegal" told me I would be contacted "each and every day." One of the final messages from him was "You will receive a lawsuit for Infringement and you can pay $75,000 in the court." They have no basis for this. I know that. But the harassment needs to stop. Do NOT engage with this company. They will either drain your bank account or drain your energy.
