this company is a scam this company is a scam. don't buy anything from them. I bought some items, not satisfied, they said I could return them, I shipped them out, no response, I tried to email, but no response from them. it's been about two months

I would have given a "ZERO" star rating… I would have given a "ZERO" star rating if I could. I will NEVER purchase one of their products again, EVER! I purchased 2 of their games from a local store - the last 2 they had. One was a gift the other was for me. Turns out that mine was missing a piece. I called the 800 number only to be transfered to a different dept, then disconnected. I called back, got the other number to call, called that number only to be given yet another number to call. FINALLY, I get the right dept. only to be told that they cannot help me and I should return the product to the store I purchased it from. I told the woman "I want the game I just need the missing piece". I even offered TO PAY for said peice. She again said she couldn't help me. I asked for a supervisor who told me the same thing. Save your money and buy with confidence from a company that will stand by their product(s) and offer replacements if, and when, needed. Kikkerland, you need to learn more about customer service. Here is a novel idea "try listening to your customers". "NEVER" AGAIN WILL I BUY A KIKKERLAND PRODUCT!

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Do not order their products. I placed an order through the Fancy app. A month went by, no product, no shipment notification, and no communication of any kind. I sent several messages through the app, website and tried to call. Absolutely no response. I was finally able to report them through Fancy customer service who issued me a refund. They are crooks.
