Entire thing is a scam Half the surveys you take part in will just end abruptly without giving you any points. Of the remaining half, most of those will either encounter (probably fake) errors, and most of the few surveys you do manage to complete successfuly will fail to count for any points anyway. They have recently removed their support section and replaced it with an irrelevent troubleshooting FAQ, so you can no longer talk to anyone or report any problems. I've completed 12 surveys and only recieved points for 2 of them.

utterly incompetent and borderline… utterly incompetent and borderline fraudsters, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! they have a crap set up, terrible survey system, and when you do earn points they don't award them and good luck getting those points because their customer service consits of a monkey trying to teach an amoeba how to type the alphabet. My advice is simple do not use them under no circumstances and spread the word because they are a business that do not deserve to exist. The fact that currently 78% of reviews on here are similar in experience to mine should be warning enough.

Just spent over 4 hours completing a… Just spent over 4 hours completing a survey only to be told in the end that my session has expired and I can no longer log in to my account. Had issues before with disappearing points and still waiting for my PayPal reward that I redeemed a few days ago. Never had issues with any other Irish survey sites. Avoid MySurvey, it's a waste of time.

very poor experience very poor experience, site often not available for extended periods, or an error occurs when completing surveys. seems like they have little idea about what causes these issues as they are ongoing. responses to problems are very, very slow and just seem like they have been copied and pasted. currently still waiting for and issue from June 2018 to be resolved - takes approx. 2 weeks to get a reply from the site and each time they mark the problem as solved when it is not. keep telling me to wait 7-10 days as some surveys don't credit immediately - the fact this issue relates back 4 months doesn't seem to register.

Technical error comes up quite alot Technical error comes up quite alot ! But usually are good at sorting out any missed points but does take a little time .averaging 2 payouts a week which is quite good compared to other sites . Quite a few diary surveys which have additional incentives which is great ! Payouts quite quick averaging 5 days turn over overall i would recommend
