Good until it's not. Honestly, I get regular surveys and rewards from MySurvey, but I have a lot of issues with getting them to address the errors that happen and I report. Either they mark it as "solved" with a message along the lines of if I'm patient, eventually I might get my points, or they don't touch it. This particularly happens with the routine diaries, where I get an error EVERY SINGLE TIME upon submission. Switch to OneOpinion. I get about $25 a week, and the three times I've had issues, they responded that day with real people writing the messages. They were very polite, and when I sent them a personal thank you, they responded with surprise and happiness. Real people.

SCAMMERS! I believe they are a scam. I honestly and accurately completed surveys with them for years. I accumulated thousands of points I was saving to cash in. Out of the blue, and never having a problem, I couldn't log into my account and it said to contact them. I contacted them and I was told my account was closed to extreme dishonesty!! I went back and forth with them, and I told them I was never dishonest with my surveys and if so, they needed to show my proof. Eventually they stopped emailing me back. I find this VERY suspicious that this happened right when they changed the name/merged with Lifepoints. BEWARE. I am still pursuing them to give me what is owed.

If you’re willing to spend 10/15 mins a day doing a couple of surveys then it’s worth the money. The money will go into your account around 5 days later. I’ve only been doing it a week, it’s nice getting paid for being on my phone when I’d just be browsing anyway! Yes a few of the surveys don’t work and yes a few of them only want certain people to participate, but on the whole it’s a bit of extra income!

Just spent over 4 hours completing a… Just spent over 4 hours completing a survey only to be told in the end that my session has expired and I can no longer log in to my account. Had issues before with disappearing points and still waiting for my PayPal reward that I redeemed a few days ago. Never had issues with any other Irish survey sites. Avoid MySurvey, it's a waste of time.

Maybe one of the luck ones? I have been a member for a year and a half, I have never had any issues. In fact I have made about £150 so far. Surveys have been constant and at times I have made almost 400 points for 1 survey on multiple occasions. I'm surprised by the negative reviews, but maybe I'm one of the luck ones.
