Disappointed Customer
GBMajor lack of communication, will not use again Major lack of communication, internally and with the customer. Paid for the order only to find out a week later that it never shipped in time because internally they didn't mark it paid. Which no one would have found if I hadn't messaged requesting an update since I hadn't received communication on the order. I had even been sent an invoice showing it was paid on the same day it was ordered. Tried calling the company, had to leave a voicemail, never received a call back. Never received any communication apologies or trying to get the orders in time or quicker to us. I have 70+ employees who will now not have Christmas gifts in time for Christmas. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled.

GBFast service Fast service. Also appreciate the fact that I could order online and still use our tax exempt status by sending a copy of our tax id number. With most companies, you cannot order online without making a phone call. Thank you!

GBI canceled the order twice via email… I canceled the order twice via email before shipping . Not only did the order ship 6 days later it was billed to my credit card. Poor customer service!

GBGreat product, suggestion for customer service I appreciated the hands-on personal touch along the ordering process and the product is PERFECT! It would be helpful to have an online portal to track progress as I was left wondering if the product was in production and if it would arrive on time (it arrived at 6pm the night before I needed it). I ordered another product that was available on your website and then was informed that is was not available. This delayed the process such that if I had chosen a different product by that point it would have missed the deadline so I did not make the additional order. I asked if express shipping could be applied to the order for free and was told that was not possible. From a customer success standpoint, that would have been a small price for you to pay to get the additional order and keep a customer happy. I do have many more orders I'd like to make.
