GBI canceled the order twice via email… I canceled the order twice via email before shipping . Not only did the order ship 6 days later it was billed to my credit card. Poor customer service!

GBWaited 2 months after multiple attempts… Waited 2 months after multiple attempts of reaching out and finally got some answers. Shirts shipped with a $75 credit towards my next purchase (never going to happen). After all the waiting and aggravation, I get my order and I ordered unisex shirts and they sent me all women's. What. A. Waste. Of. Time. Avoid this company at all costs!

GBAlmost perfect I love the products and the communication was great in reference to product information and artwork approval. The 1 star you missed was the lack of communication once the art work was approved and products went into production. I had no idea of an estimated ship date or delivery date and when I did find out, it was much later than expected. I WILL use you again in the future and hope that part of the experience is a little better.
