They have excellent phone skills, our patient's are never left on hold. The calls are answered by the 3rd ring. The messages are well taken and complete. Best of all they screen the calls very well knowing what is a true emergency or not.

GBDefinitely recommend them We have been using ASC for almost two year now. They have a wonderful staff that is always helpful. Our phones are answered and messages are sent to us with the person's name, call back number, and the person's message. I would definitely recommend them if you need help answering your business phone. We mostly use them for after-hours and weekends. I will say some agents are better than others, but that's normal.
