Good offering but I am still testing it. I am currently testing out Bigin during my trial. It is really easy to setup and get running and it is priced very well for its offering. I am new to using a CRM and I have tried a few over the last year or so and this one is the easiest to setup and get running, but it pretty basic. We are using it for managing clients and projects as part of an inspection business. It looks like it will fit our needs but I am doing final testing on the integrations.

This budget-friendly CRM for small… This budget-friendly CRM for small businesses offers nearly the same features as other costly CRM options. I’m satisfied with how it has streamlined my business processes. However, I’d appreciate a dedicated ‘leads’ page instead of lumping all contacts into the same ‘Contacts’ section. Managing leads can be a bit tricky, but I’ve managed to make it work. Hopefully, they’ll add this feature in the future.

We have been using bigin for the past 1 month and any new person on our team quickly gets to understand the platform and hence higher adoption of bigin which is leading to better customer relation and hence better business
