I’m satisfied with how it has streamlined my business processes. However, I’d appreciate a dedicated ‘leads’ page instead of lumping all contacts into the same ‘Contacts’ section. Managing leads can be a bit tricky, but I’ve managed to make it work. Hopefully, they’ll add this feature in the future.
