Genuine alternative to predatory payday loans! So 2023 has not been kind to a lot of us. Between wild inflation and family members in tight bonds, everything this year has expensive as...heck. Recently my credit score dropped 60 points after I closed an account with fraudulent activity. While working to get this nonsense off my credit report for good, I realized I'm going to need a loan to get through the next period of financial priorities, and I do not have the credit right now to get a decent one. After researching CDFIs in my state I came across Economic Justice Fund. I honestly thought since I live in a different part of CA that they wouldn't approve me, but they came through with a decent loan (less than what I wanted but a good amount) and most importantly a FARRRR better APR than ANY other lender would have given me. My bank account was hacked and now I am working to find a bank that will accept me until the investigation is cleared. They have been patient throughout this difficult process of identity theft.

Renewed Hope Economic Justice Fund has helped me greatly. In December last year I had to buy a car and I had to use credit card funds. Since the credit cards rates are high, I wanted to get a loan to reduce the balance.
