Cancellation links don’t work!!!!! Tried cancelling the subscription during the trial period, links to cancel didn’t work, tried calling, phone number didn’t exist. Sent repeated emails to the company all returned via post master, unable to log in to my account says email/username isn’t recognised. 2 months later and still taking money out of my account. Edited: 24 hrs after posting this review I was contacted by the company , I have now had my 2 months subscription fees returned to my bank and my subscription cancelled as requested.

True teachers will not go out of their way tooting their own horn. A salesman, on the other hand, will knock on every door selling you dreams all day every day. That’s Dean- a greedy, excellent salesman wearing a teacher’s skin.

Customer Service inexistant Was on a free 3 months sub on Mastermind.com as part of the mcconaughey Road Trip Program. However, I didn’t realize they were going to charge me after the 3 months and genuinely just thought I’d lose access. I emailed support to ask for refund since I’m not utilizing their platform for any other training. They refused to provide refund, offering instead to keep using their website I have absolutely no interest for. They are now ghosting my emails and just decided to stop replying. Pretty shady practice if you want my opinion
