Ripped off We paid for 3 videos up front. They completed 2 videos and then told us that we waited too long to start the third video and wanted to charge us the full fee again for them to finish the work.

This organization is full of crooks This organization is full of crooks. AVOID at all costs. We decided not to proceed with the production of our video hours after submitting payment and have battled for over 3 months to be reimbursed. Their "100% money back guarantee" is 100% fraudulent. It's been a horrible experience. We're processing a dispute with our credit card provider as they obviously refuse to refund us... all while smiling and lying to us with promises of cheques in the mail. Thanks for the incredible WASTE of our time and energy Video Jeeves. I hope you go out of business.

Jeeves is truly spectacular! Jeeves is truly a full service provider and the portal system keeps everyone on task at hand. Joanna was the account manager on my project and absolutely amazing to work with and very thorough. Her attention to detail is second to none and ability to brighten your day with her upbeat attitude didn't go unnoticed.
