A great explainer video experience Our firm needed to create a couple of fresh explainer videos. I looked at several vendors and chose Video Jeeves. They were super responsive and fast. I gave them our script with several concepts for illustrations and they ran with it. We only have one round of revisions and our President is very happy with the results. Thank you. We look forward to creating the second new video soon.

Video Jeeves did a very nice job… Video Jeeves did a very nice job creating a 60 second video for us. It took much longer than we expected but to be fair we made many corrections along the way. Hats off to the project manager, Harold John, who was very patient and supportive throughout the entire process.

Really bad results (nice guys but...)… Really bad results (nice guys but...) on a simple white-boarding project. Multiple spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and we (customer) had to write scripts, review multiple times and in many cases had to correct edits that were not done right 2 or 3 times. Very frustrating and time consuming. Multiple project manager which caused "re-dos" on many occasions. At the end of the project all involved I'm sure were totally fed-up with the project. On a positive note, VJ is VERY reasonably priced!

Jeeves is truly spectacular! Jeeves is truly a full service provider and the portal system keeps everyone on task at hand. Joanna was the account manager on my project and absolutely amazing to work with and very thorough. Her attention to detail is second to none and ability to brighten your day with her upbeat attitude didn't go unnoticed. If you are looking for a marketing tool (Whiteboard) you wont find a more cost effective professional solution than Jeeves.

The explainer video they created for my brand exceeded all expectations. They put attention to detail into their work and perfectly captured the essence of my brand.
