The program has expanded our business… The program has expanded our business and has helped it to grow in the process. Our rep Desiree Sassano has been nothing short of amazing. She has explained the program very well and we feel confident because of. We will certainly continue to use the program,a program we have proudly been using for 4 years now.

A Great Partnership for Your Business From the very beginning, We have been working with Brooke. As any other business owner, was hesitant to sign up with Rewards Network because I had so many questions. Brooke was very thorough in answering everything, She clarified everything & We signed up. Karri stepped in later into the process to assist with on-boarding & We have been very pleased with our partnership with Rewards Network ever since. Both Ladies have been a pleasure to work with. Rewards Network has brought us additional business & We would highly recommend working with them!

Waste of time and energy Update: As Rewards Network has responded to my review saying the issue was resolved I would like to clarify that it has not been resolved to my satisfaction. I was offered points for one out of five restaurant visits that I have asked about. Ironically, the points I received were for the one where I should not have been eligible as the restaurant in question was marked for delivery only, and not for dine in (odd for a coffee shop, but I acknowledge that was my error). I stand by my negative review of the bait and switch tactics of the enticing point offers that seem near impossible to actually collect, and the lack of customer service, except when I posted negative public reviews after months of trying to get simple answers. I regret spending the time to even comment further, but it speaks to my frustration with this company. I signed up to three different rewards network programs with three different credit cards - the IHG, Hilton, and Marriott dining programs. I tried numerous restaurants that I would not otherwise have gone to, but was happy to try out. However, points never posted. I wrote in using the website forms and did not get replies. After a couple weeks I tried calling customer service to ask about the missing points. And was told to call later. I tried again several more times over the next few months. Although the website says points should post within 10 days I received a different answer each time about why they hadn't and was given different dates for how long it might take (up to six weeks). While the program is free, there is an opportunity cost for not using other programs, like Rakuten, as only one such program can be added to any credit card. To those who get points, congratulations, but I strongly recommend that others considering the program look at better alternatives.
