GBProfessional SEO tools; Great customer service Moz offers amazing SEO tools, in my opinion more useful for skilled technicians. It's definitely possible to use other tools when you're just starting out, but Moz still offers a great value with their subscription options. Their customer service is also too notch, they'll really take care of each one of their customers. They issued me a refund for an accidental subscription, which surprised me since their Terms of Use states that they don't! Even without a subscription, Moz still offers lots of materials to learn for free, which people who are new to SEO should use.

GBBest SEO course I've taken Best SEO course I've taken. The tutors are amazing and the course is structured very well. I really enjoyed the video format, as I could listen and read the slides at the same time which really helps me learn faster. It also combined the theory with the practical application very well. SEI like the concept of Moz DA I like the concept of Moz DA, however when I compare their data to Google (search console) it is almost frightening. Moz miss alot of really big links (Including several wiki links!?) Might just be me, but I really dislike being judged on badly collected data.

GBIt's literally impossible to cancel It's literally impossible to cancel. The button that says 'cancel here' conveniently isn't linked to anything. When choosing a reason to cancel, you're kicked right back to the start all over again and then the customer service team are ridiculous, why on earth would you need the last 4 digits of my card on file when I'm emailing from the email on file? Make it make sense. I have had to cancel my card just to stop them from trying to take 40 payments a day. Ridiculous.

CALoved My Experience I liked how knowledgeable Aneta, Customer Support Engineer was and how dedicated Eli Myers was, Senior Customer Support Engineer. They understood my issue thoroughly, and the issue I experienced was profound. It demanded a comprehensive understanding. They were also very compassionate and understanding. I felt like I was being heard and understood, not like I was talking to some type of robot or machine. I really thought that Moz would give up on me because of how complex my issue was. I had such an experience before; another really "professional" company just gave up on me because they could not resolve the issue. But, Aneta and Eli Myers just continued tackling the issue persistently and confidently, yet with a sense of compassion! Even though I was on a "free trial"!!! This makes me confident about this company and how they treat their clients! I would recommend this company. They are there for the long haul to make real long-term clients, not for the short term, just to make a profit.
