NLNo delivery I'm yet another customer that hasn't received their product. The tracking website says that the delivery failed because I was absent but in reality, nobody contacted me and I would have been available to receive my order. When I contact Curlsmith, I am getting ignored (like many others here). If you like curlsmith's products, order elsewhere. They haven't organized themselves a more reliable chain of delivery although apparently this has been an issue for years, from what I can see from the reviews. Stay away from their website!

GB5/5 Styling Cream Did not need customer service. My product came in a timely manner and is definitely a quality styling cream (hold me softly style balm). Though it is worth repurchasing, next I’ll try a cream that is a little denser (heavier maybe?) it might have been ever so slightly to light for my course dense coils. Wonderful results with my style however over time my curls were slightly drier than average and single strands came out easier. Will try this again after testing out other products from Curlsmith that are different steps.

GBProtects, holds, and makes my hair shine Enjoying the whole fragrance free line. I especially like the Shine Gel 9 Strong Hold, BUT underneath I apply Miracle Shield, then rake in the Bouncy Strength Volume Foam. My style lasts through the night and the next two days with just a little refreshing needed! Fantastic!

GBTrying to contact them proved… Trying to contact them proved impossible! Emails bounced back constantly so resorted to live chat. Eventually got an email (amazing) telling me to return the products I had a bad reaction to. Had I had contact prior contact I wouldn’t have binned the products in frustration. However now I’m inundated with emails sending a label to return the products even though I constantly tell them I don’t have them now. Terrible customer service snd incredibly upsetting and heightening my anxiety condition enormously.
