It took some time but understaninbly given the current times. Prices were ok, the website was ok. Not too much difference when compared to other places. The service was avarage, nothing special to report here. I made a mistaek in my order, nothing major, however customer service was ok and they helped me asap. Overal, it was an averege experience and I got what I needed.

Please make it semi permanent I bought the Ruby and the Turquoise hair makeup, the Ruby showed up the best on my dark hair, I loved it! However, I didn't like the colour transfer on my clothes and my hands if I touched my hair. Kinda made my hair dry so definitely best to use alot of leave in conditioner before applying the hair makeup. I would love this hair makeup if it were more semi permanent so less transfer of colour please 😊
