GBDefinitely worth the money I'm very happy with eSalon overall. I'm used to going to Sally's where the prices are a little cheaper but eSalon has much nicer colors and it looks better longer. I feel like I get a little gift every time I get a new box. They are super thoughtful and add in everything you need to color your hair perfectly. I love love love their colors. They do a fantastic job with matching to my personal tones and the colors are rich and dimensional. My hair also stays shiny until my next application. My first order needed slightly more ash (although it was very pretty). I let them know and they tweaked the color for my next application along with another free bottle of overall color.

GBI was so disappointed I was so disappointed. The color was horrible and my hair felt like trash so I couldn’t re-dye it. I am now stuck with another shipment too because I couldn’t cancel online.

GBWow!! I never thought hair color coyld look this great! Exceptional customer service! I cant believe how great my hair looks and feels! There is no after color fall out and the color and tone is exactly right! My hair absolutely glitters in sunlight!

GBGetting everything figured out takes awhile Getting my color figured out has been a pain, but we might have it figured out. If you don’t put comments in WELL before your order, it will not be adjusted. Give yourself at least a full week between “order date” and the date it will arrive. Otherwise, the color has great gray coverage and staying power.
